Jonathan, father of Jonathan Sanborn Basford is buried in the Houston Stratton Cemetery, so named as the property on which it sits straddles the property owned by both families. Only 33 people are buried here, many of which are related to Jonathan in some fashion. Pity his wife Phoebe N. isn't among them. Her burial is still unknown at this time.
