Arlene Pearce Eubank, 85, of Madison Heights, passed away Sept. 30, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walker Harris Eubank.
Born Sept. 1, 1924, in Madison Heights, she was a daughter of the late William and Nannie Marks Pearce. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and seven sisters.
She was a member of Madison Heights Baptist Church, the Alice Lang Circle and the Golden Circle Bible Class at the church.
She is survived by her son, W. Kevin Eubank, and wife, Helen, of Rustburg; special niece and nephew, Cathy Sue Pearce and Sandy Pearce of Madison Heights; three grandchildren, Jonathan Eubank of Buckingham Co. and Christopher and Thomas Eubank of Rustburg; and great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, in Fort Hill Memorial Park by the Rev. Charles Stinson. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today, Oct. 2, 2009, at Whitten Monelison Chapel.
