In the name of God Amen.
I Jonathan Barnet of Wells Township, Fulton County, and state of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say
First: I give and bequeath to may son James W. Barnet the farm I now reside on in Wells Township, Fulton Co., to have & to hold, his heirs and assigns forever.
Second: I give and bequeath to my daughter Catharine Sapngler the note I hold against her in lieu of a farm.
Third: I give and bequeath to my daughter Margaret G. Baker the note I hold against her in lieu of a farm.
Fourth: I give and bequeath to my daughters Mary E. Edwards and Sarah E. Sweet each the undivided half of a farm in Taylor Township in Fulton County; and also to each the undivided half of a farm situated in Broad Top Township, Bedford County except the coal and minerals which I give and bequeath equally to all my legal heirs.
Fifth: I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Barnet the entire remainder of my real estate.
Finally: I do hereby nominate and appoint my son James W. Barnet and A. F. Baker to be Executors of this my last will and testament.
In Witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th day of August in the year of our Lord, one thousand and eight hundred and seventy-nine.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet of paper was at this date thereof, signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Jonathan Barnet as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his
request and in his presence and in presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

Before me Jas. P. Waltz, Register for the Probate of Wills, &, in and for said county, personally came Samuel P. Wishart one of the subscribing witnesses to the will or instrument of writing who being duly qualified
according to law, did depose and say that he was personally present and saw Jonathan Barnet, late of the township of Wells in the said County, deceased, the testator herein named sign his name to said writing, and seal the same and heard him publish and declare the said instrument as and for his last will and testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound and deposing mind, memory, and understanding to the best of his knowledge and belief and that his own name thereto subscribed as a witness was so subscribed at the request of the Testator in his presence and in the presence of George W. White, the other subscribing witness.

Before me Register for the Probate of Wills &c personally came Samuel P. Wishart and A. F. Baker, who being duly qualified according to law, depose and say that they are well acquainted with the handwriting of Geo. W. White
one of the subscribing witnesses to the instrument of writing to which this is annexed, purporting to be the last will and testament of Jonathan Barnet late of Wells Township deceased, having frequently seen him write his name and that the said signature to the said instrument is the genuine signature of the said Geo. W. White.

Wishart who being duly qualified according to law, deposeth and says that Jonathan Barnet the testator above named, late of said county deceased died on the second day of March A.D. 1892, about 11 o'clock A.M. of said day, to the best of his knowledge and belief.

according to law, and will also diligently regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to collateral inheritances.
