From the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, Friday, 14 Sep 1973 James Glenn Hickoff, 68, of 1044 Memorial Avenue, died at 7:45 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 13, 1973, in the Williamsport Hospital, where he was admitted after being stricken at his home and being taken to the hospital in the city ambulance at 2:08 p.m. yesterday. He was born at Mill Hall on April 11, 1905, a son of James C. and Carrie Hartman Hickoff.

Mr. Hickoff was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. He was a graduate of Lock Haven High School. He was employed by the Weldon Manufacturing Co. for 20 years.
Surviving are his wife, the former Clara E. Arp; a daughter, Mrs. Charles Roth, Jr., of Bellefonte, a brother, Donald C., of this city; a sister, Mary Frances Wickham of Vero Beach Fla., and two grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Allen's, 125 East Third Street, with the Revs. Frederick G. Hasskarl and Jesse G. Houck, III, his pastors, officiating. Burial will be in Williamsport Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
