Mrs. George Abbott, while being brought to town in a truck from the Antelope country on Saturday last, passed away. The deceased was one of the newcomers to the county, having formerly resided in Denver. She was 65 years old past, and was born in Rutland, Vermont. With her husband she came here a few months ago and located on the upper Antelope. Surviving are the husband, a daughter, Mrs. John Reis, and a granddaughter, Miss Helen Lamout, who is attending high school here. The funeral was held on Saturday last, burial in Rosita cemetery.
