JOHNSON, Cheryl A. Age 57, of Germantown, OH, passed away Friday May 7, 2004 at Hospice of Dayton. Cheryl was born May 20, 1946 in Wilmington, OH, to Howard B. and Almeda "Al" (Lee) Mattocks. She was an honorary member of Grace Baptist Church in Trotwood, OH; and was employed by the Montgomery County Educational Service Center in Dayton. She was preceded in death by her father, Howard in 1982. In addition to her mother "Al", she is survived by her husband of 34 years, Danny R. Johnson; her daughter and son-in-law, Amy & Jack Ebersole of Germantown, OH; 2 sons, Chad Johnson of Germantown, OH and Lee Johnson of Kettering, OH; 5 grandchildren, Trey & Trenton Ebersole and Hunter, Jordan & Colin Johnson; her sister, Pam Lawson of Middletown, OH; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Phil & Beth Mattocks and Bob & Angie Mattocks, all of Middletown, OH; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 5-9 p.m. Monday at the Dalton Funeral Home, Corner of State Rte. 4 & Weaver Rd., Germantown, where the Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, with Pastor Donnie Smith officiating. Burial Woodside Cemetery, Middletown, OH.
