Redding Searchlight, Thursday, November 6, 1941, "Mrs. Jamerson Dies at Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Baptist church in
Cottonwood for Mrs. Flora Elizabeth Jamerson, 77, who died at her home in Cottonwood Tuesday. Mrs. Jamerson had resided in Cottonwood since 1907. Mrs. Jamerson was a member of the Mount Shasta chapter of the order of Eastern Star at Anderson and was one of the founding members of the Cottonwood Baptist church
and an active worker in the church. Surviving relatives include her husband, Charles L. Jamerson of Cottonwood; a [step]son, Denver Jamerson of Cottonwood; and two [step]daughters, Mrs. Grace Coon of Chico and Miss Lena Jamerson of Los Angeles. The
Rev. Harold Johanson will officiate at the services, with the Anderson Eastern Star lodge holding services at the graveside of the Cottonwood Cemetery, Cottonwood, Shasta, CA. McDonald's Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

Flora's first husband was Robert W Hall, father of her son Clyde L Hall; Flora and Robert were divorced in 1905. Her second husband was Adelbert Gilliland, whom she married in 1907 and who died in January 1922. On November 26, 1922, she married Charles Jamerson.
