Grandma Failor of Newton, passed peacefully away to her heavenly home on Wednesday evening, February 12th, 1890, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. Had she lived until July 13th she would have been 90 years old.
Her remains will be taken to Bucyrus, Ohio, and placed by the side of her husband, who died 41 years ago this month. Her son, Samuel Failor, and two daughters, Mrs. J. H . Lyday, of Newton, and Mrs. D. L. Fullerton, of Augusta, Georgia, and Mrs. Andrew Failor will accompany her remains to their last resting place.
Services will be held this (Friday) afternoon at 3 o'clock in Newton. She leaves a family of 6 children -- 3 boys and 3 girls. She will be long and kindly remembered by many whom she has befriended in her quiet way.
