Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at Compton's Chapel, Dr. W. W. Melton and Rev. Maggart B. Howell officiating, burial in Rosemound Cemetery.
Survivors: His widow of Waco; a son, Wayne Mann of waco; a daughter, Mrs. James Stephens of Waco; a brother, Maynard Mann of Waco; two sisters, Lillian Mann of Waco and Mrs. Bert Powell of Lamesa; and four grandchildren.
Active pallbearers: Ernest Neelley, W. H. Hester, H. A. Bruyere, Chester McCrary, Allen Goodwin, Herbert Schneider, Guy Collins, and John Drennon.
