EDNA BECKENBAUGH
Edna Jewel Zachry Beckenbaugh, 86, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Beckenbaugh was born May 12, 1925, in Mineral Springs, Ark. She was retired from Sears and a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Beckenbaugh.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Hugh Brown of San Marcos, Texas, and Cynthia and James Pride of Texarkana; one brother and sister-in-law, Jay and Bobbie Zachry; one sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy Jo and Bill Barber; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Chapelwood Funeral Home with Gene Huntzinger officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
