A resident of Ponchatoula, she died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 1997, in Hammond. She was 87 and a native of Tickfaw. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, and after 8 a.m. Friday. Religious services in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Friday. Interment in Antioch Cemetery.
Survived by two sons, Lloyd Whittington, Ponchatoula, and Herbert Anthony, Kings Mountain, N.C.; eight daughters, Dovie Rousselle, LaPlace, Mrs. Frank (Inez) Lewis, Denham Springs, Mrs. Murphy (Edith) Sullivan, Baker; Clarity Tuttle and Mildred Miller, both of Ponchatoula, Mrs. Billy (Geraldine) Stewart, Mrs. Cecil (Patsy) McKnight and Mrs. Johnny (Jeanette) Latino, all of Hammond; a brother, A.G. Oller, Tickfaw; a sister, Adell Benton, Tickfaw; 32 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by parents, Jay and Dovie Eberet [sic Ebert] Oller; a sister, Ruby Morgan; a brother, Walter Oller; a child, Opal Anthony; and seven grandchildren.
