Doyal was a school principal. He volunteered to fight in WWI and was a member of Co. C, 309th England. Doyal died in Razac, France, of Spanish Influenza, He was originally buried in France, but his body was brought back to the U.S. to be re-buried next to his parents, John Elmer McAdams and Netty Mang. His sister, Ruth Kramer, is buried on the other side of their parents.
