Daughter of John J. Ritter and his second wife Flora Eugene Gibboney. Minnie married Robert H. Warren at her parents' home in Shoal Creek Township, Newton County, Missouri on 16 December 1894. Daughter Brycie May was born 20 October 1895. Husband Robert died prior to the 1910 US Census.

Minnie was survived by her daughter, Mrs. Brycie May (Orville K.) Jackson; granddaughter Mrs. Roy Fowler, of Tulsa; and brothers Warren of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Norman of Roseburg, Oregon.
