She was married in 1880 and lived about 66 years, It would be very helpful to know who her parents were. Her daughter Gertrude was married to James Gray Dec 10, 1908 in Stone Arabia, NY. Her birth date was given as 1886 in her obituary and was changed to 1863.
rOBT PLAIN. July 24—Mrs.
Isaac Holland, died Saturday
evening at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. James Gray, Nelliston,
after an Illness of two years from
complications. Mrs. Holland was
born in the town of Ephratah, September
28, 1863, and was a daughter
of Isaac and Sally Steenburgh
of that town. She had been a resldent
of this section practically all
her life.
She Is survived by one son. Ward
Holland, Fort Plain; a daughter,
Mrs. James Gray, Nelllston; two
sisters, Mrs. Mark Wittemore of
Ephratah and Mrs. Jennie Fox of
Fort Plain; four grandchildren.
The funeral was held this afternoon
at 2 from the home of her daughter.
Rev. Clarence Lenrbke of Stone
Arabia officiating. The burial was
made in the Ephratah Rural cemetery.
