Herman Appelt, employed as storekeeper for the Pullman company, died yesterday afternoon at his late home, 319 Wyoming street. Mr. Appelt had been with the Pullman company more than twenty-six years and was known to every attache of the company and to all who had dealings with it. He was a member of Siemering lodge No. 32, O. D. H. S., San Antonio lodge No. 9, A. O. U. W., and Sam Houston camp No. 55, W. O. W., and the funeral services will be held under the auspices of those bodies at 5 o'clock this afternoon from 319 Wyoming street. Interment will be in the Hermann Sons cemetery. Surviving Mr. Appelt are four children, three sons and a daughter, as follows: Charles, Fritz and John and Miss Emilie.
