OTTUMWA COURIER`April 1, 1937

E.E. Hill
Mrs. Roy Yingling 1948 Main Street, received word of the sudden death in Omaha this morning of her brother in law E.W. Hill, 62 former Ottumwan.

Mr. Hill was for a number of years an employee of John Morrell & Co. and was one time a department superintendent at the local plant. He had been operating a tourist camp in Omaha.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nancy Hill; one so, Lawrence of Omaha and a brother Andy of Rapid City, S.D.

The body will be brought to Ottumwa on Burlington Train No. 6 Saturday. It will be taken to the Lester Jay funeral home impending the completion of funeral arrangements. The services when held will be in the East End Presbyterian Church.
