Miss Dara D. Ed 40, of 723 Osborn, died at 7:57 a.m. Saturday in the emergency room at St. John's Hospital.
She was born in Beardstown, the daughter of Donald and Betty Fletcher Ed.
She was active with the Aid to Retarded Citizens Work Activity Center. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Church.
Surviving are her parents, Donald and Betty Ed of Springfield; one brother, David D. Ed of Chatham and three nephews.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at SS. Peter and Paul Church, with the Rev. Joseph S. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
