COOKSTOWN- Jennifer Van Hise, 21, passed away Wednesday from complications of Cystic Fibrosis.

After graduating from Borden-town Regional High School, she began college at Rider University. Now a junior at Seton Hall University, Jennifer was majoring in Social Work and English. She was a counselor at Camp Marcella in Rockaway, a summer camp for visually impaired children, where she had been a camper for several years. Jennifer also played on the New Jersey State Goalball Team. Driven, enthusiastic, funny, accepting and kind, Jennifer was an exceptional young woman with many accomplishments.

Jennifer is survived by her parents, Joann and Carl, her younger sister, Stephanie, 19, and her older sister, Megan, 22. Truly, her family and friends are too countless to name, as she touched so many lives.
