Bobbie Jean Stiner Daily, 77, of Rossville, died on Monday, June 8, 2009 at a local hospital.

She was a lifelong resident of Rossville, was a former member of the Liberty Baptist Church, and currently a member of the Union Assembly Church of God in Chattanooga. She retired from Olan Mills in the 1990's as a mail clerk with over 20 years of service.

After her retirement from Olan Mills, Mrs. Daily worked at Rossville Elementary School as a cafeteria employee retiring in 2006 with five years of service.

Mrs. Daily's passion in life was God, her children, grandchildren, and her entire family. She was truly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Daily Jr.; two sons, Lester Stiner and Guy Stiner; parents, Roy Duncan and Lillian Butler; and brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her children, Marie Duncan of Chickamauga, Jerry Stiner of Harrison, Diane Duncan of Rossville, and Sandy McGill Weeks of Rossville; two sisters, Emma Jean Britton of Rossville and JoAnn Burger of East Ridge; her two youngest grandchildren, Cameron and Nikki McGill; several other grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Union Assembly Church of God on Spring Creek Road with Brother Pratt Hughes officiating. Interment will follow in the Hamilton Memorial Gardens at approximately 2:30 p.m.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and Thursday from 11 a.m.-noon at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville.
