Obit: The funeral of Joseph A. Bittner who died on Jan. 19 at his home in Fairhope, near Hyndman, was held at that place Sunday morning and interment made in Comp's Cemetery. He was 76 years of age and is survived by his wife, Mrs Sarah Bittner, and these brothers and sisters-- Lester of New Jersey, Millard, Solomon and Esther Bittner, Mrs. James Carter and Mrs. Joseph Shroyer, all of Fairhope.
