A Mass of Christian Burial for James Randall Allen, 45 of Noble, was held 7/16/2004 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic church in Purcell, with Rev Michael Vaught and Rev Heath Meyer officiating. Interment was at Lexington Catholic cemetery under direction of Memorial Chapel Funeral Service. Mr Allen died 7/13/2004 in Noble.
He was born 1/9/1959 in Purcell, the son of James Harold & Anna Mae (Prescher) Allen. He graduated from Lexington high school and attended vocational school. Mr Allen was a heavy equipment operator for the city of Norman for over 25 years before his death.
He married Rachelle Green 4/8/1994 in Arkansas. They made their home in Norman for 5 years before moving to Noble. Mr Allen was of the Catholic faith and a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic church in Purcell. He was preceded in death by his father and 1 sister, Mary Ann Allen.
Survivors include his mother, Anna Mae of Lexington, his wife, Rachelle of the home, 1 son, Jesse James Allen of the home, 1 step-daughter, Tabitha Heaton of the home, and 2 brothers, Robert Allen & his wife Sandra of Norman and David Allen of Lexington.
