Services for Margaret Mozelle (Smith) Kirkland. 31, of 2912 North Timberline Ave., Odessa, Texas, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday in the First United Pentecostal Church. Burial is to be in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She died Tuesday at Medical Center Hospital following a two-week illness.
Born January 27, 1944, in Carnegie, Oklahoma, she moved to Odessa in 1965 from Amarillo, Texas. She married Jesse P. Kirkland, Jr., in Amarillo, July 9. 1967. Mrs. Kirkland was a housewife and secretary at Penwell Truck Terminal. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include by her husband of the home; two children, Jesse P. Kirkland III and Kirkland Lee Kirkland, both of the home; her parents, Mr, and Mrs. Harry Lee Smith of Amarillo; two sisters, Mrs. Glenna Smith Rutledge and Mrs. Mildred Smith Lutz, both of Amarillo; and one brother, Harry L. Smith Jr. of Dumas, Texas.
