Abstract--age 79, of Rowlesburg, died Sept. 15, 1983, at Preston Memorial Hospital. He was born June 5, 1904, at Etam, s/o the late Charles M.B. and Melvina Loughry Felton. He was a retired railroad worker. He is survived by his wife, Ova Goff Felton; three sons, Dan Felton of Morgantown, Paul Felton of Rowlesburg, and Hugh Felton of Short Gap; one sister, Mrs. Mabel Peters of Grafton. He was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters. Burial was in the Preston Memorial Gardens, Kingwood.
