Her husband, Clarence E. Jack preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker & a member of the Centre Street United Methodist Church in Cumberland, MD.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Carol A. Canfield (Michael) of Cresaptown, MD, Linda L.Bonner (Dennis), and Doris J. McCreary (Ronald), all of Cumberland, MD; 2 sisters, Patricia Lester (James) of Berryville, Va, and Betty Betson of Paw Paw, WV; 5 grandchildren & 12 great grandchildren.
Funeral service was held at the Adams Family Funeral Home in Cumberland, MD with the Rev. Lloyd McCanna officiating.
Interment: Sunset Memorial Park.
