Nellie Forsha Lowman, 97, of Blairsville died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002, at the Keeper of the Flame Personal Care Home, Blairsville.
She was born Nov. 17, 1905, in Blairsville to Jess and Myrtle Rider Forsha.
Mrs. Lowman was a member of the United Presbyterian Church, Blairsville.
Survivors include two sons: William, of Wilmington, Del. and J. Thomas and his wife, Janette, of Kimbelsville;
Also surviving are her sister, Gertrude Flickinger, of Beverly Hills, Fla.; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William, in March 1984; a son, Ralph; four brothers: Glenn, Wayne Harold and Donald; three sisters: Elloise Fannie, Dorothy Ault and Hazel; her parents.
A graveside service was held Monday in Blairsville Cemetery with Rev. David W. Salinger officiating.
