Patricia Barton
STAMFORD - Patricia Barton, 49, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001, at a local hospital. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Sims Chapel Methodist church in Stamford with the Rev. Jesse Hooper, Elder Heloise Wilson and Elder Charles Ray Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in the Stamford West Cemetery, directed by Tankersley Funeral Home.
Patricia was born March 31, 1952 in Stamford to Tom and Emma Willis. She was a lifetime resident of Stamford, a member of Sims Chapel and worked in child care for the Texas Youth Commission.
She is survived by a daughter, Lenora Adams of Stamford; three brothers, Milton Jones of Arkansas, Louis Willis and Willie Willis, both of Monahans; a sister, Fedora Young of Stamford; and two grandchildren.
