Amon Earl Thompson was the beloved son of Wylie S. Thompson and Rosie Jane Ragsdale Thompson of Springdale, Arkansas.

Amon had two younger brothers ~ Raymond A. and Orval Thompson.

Amon was blessed with two daughters ~ Louise (Woods) of Bentonville, Arkansas and Jane (Bennett) of Cortez, Colorado. Five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Amon was a salesman for Newt Hailey's Tractor Supply in Rogers, Arkansas for 25 years. He moved to Cave Springs, Arkansas in 1960, after living most of his life in the Rogers, Arkansas area.

He had his own race horse and loved going to watch the ponies run. He loved western clothes, a snappy dresser...always "Wearin' it Western." He was a good man, he loved old country music and western swing. I knew Amon back 50 years ago, he left us kids such sweet memories...fun memories. He was kind, thoughtful and caring. I remember he had a brand new 59 model ford fairlane car, it was white and aqua, I even remember the color of the interior. This big gentle Cowboy left a little girl memories that she will always cherish and she will never forget his kindness. For this Amon, I have always Loved You for all these years, I have never forgotten you and I will never forget you, YOU HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE INSIDE MY HEART, FOREVER!!

♥ANGEL VERY VERY SPECIAL TO ME and always will be!♥

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL MEMORIES, AMON xoxo
