Services for James Geddie Davidson, 85, of Hermleigh will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wright Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Glena Johnson officiating and the Rev. Carl Nunn assisting.
Burial will be at Hermleigh Cemetery under the direction of Wright Colonial Funeral Home.
He died Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999, at his residence in Hermleigh.
He was born April 16, 1914, in Camp Springs. He married Georgia Ann Peterson Nov. 28, 1936, in Snyder. After her death, he married Opal Loveall. He was a member of the Hermleigh United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Hermleigh Masonic Lodge No. 987 for 51 years. He was a 32nd degree Mason, York Rite Mason. He was a Shriner, Hermleigh OES No. 974.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Billy Mac of Snyder; a daughter, Pat James of Ruidoso, N.M.; a sister, Harriet Sheehan of San Antonio; two stepsons; three grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a step-great-grandchild.
