Annie was my grandmother and I was raised mostly by her and my paw paw Andrew. I had asked her years ago where she was born and she said, Spring, Texas. However, Harris County has no record of her birth. Then I found the death certificate for her son Ivan and it says she was born in Edna, Texas. If anyone knows for sure where she was born, please contact me.
Annie was a wonderful woman, a good wife, loving mother and a good cook. I will never forget the delicious meals she prepared, especially on Sunday dinner. She loved all her grandkids and enjoyed spending time with them. I miss her so much.
