Mrs. Angela Hicken Bonin who has been bedfast for the past eighteen months, passed from this life at the home of her son, Helmer, Saturday, December 22, aged 80 years and 7 months. The funeral was held from the Lutheran church near Ruskin, last Tuesday afternoon, Rev. O.H. Wittig officiating. The interment took place at Mt. Zion cemetery by the side of her husband who passed on some fifteen years ago. Grandma Bonin was a pioneer of this section, having located here some forty-nine years ago. She was held in high regard by all who knew her. The sorrowing relatives have the sympathy of all the community. - Ruskin (From the News)
