|Front entrance sign for Heppner Masonic Cemetery, Est. 1864. This cemetery sits on a hill above the town of Heppner, Morrow, Oregon overlooking the valley and town below. It is immacuately groomed and the sexton keeps detailed records on almost all individuals buried within. The cemetery holds as many bodies as recovered from the infamous 1903 Flash Flooding of Willow Creek, the creek that runs through the center of town. There are many online articles about this flood, and the local museum and history center has vast records.|
