Albert F. Steiner, 64, of 473 North Fifth Street, died at his home at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon from complications following an illness of three years. He was a former resident of Myerstown and an employee of the A. S. Kreider shoe factory. He was also a member of Frieden's Lutheran Church, Myerstown, and leaves to survive his wife, Kate, and one sister, Mrs. Susan Albert, of Myerstown. [Lebanon Semi-Weekly News, May 14, 1928, Page 3]

Rev. W.H. Tyson was in charge of the funeral services for the late Albert S. Steiner, of 473 North Fifth Street, Lebanon. Services were held in the Friedens Lutheran Church, Myerstown, this afternoon at 2:00 o'clock. Burial was in the Union Cemetery, Myerstown. The bearers were Paul Albert, Stanley Albert, Henry Albert, Edwin Spitler, Paul Shirk and William Shirk. Rohlands had arrangements. [Lebanon Daily News, May 15, 1928, Page 3]

Under the terms of the last will and testament of Albert F. Steiner, of this city, filed at the court house today, Friedens Lutheran church, at Myerstown, is to receive $200, and the cemetery fund of that church $300, for the care of the graves. It is stipulated that $800 of Ira's money is to go to the same church as a memorial to Ira (last name not Indicated) but deceased's son is meant, and $200 is bequeathed to the Topton Orphanage; $200 to the Home of the Good Shepherd, and $500 to Arthur Trostle. All the bequests are to be effective after the death of Mrs. Steiner who is merely names as "Kate". The will is a home-made affair. [Lebanon Daily News, May 18, 1928, Page 6]
