DEER PARK, Wash., May 16. - Mrs. Alta Benson, a resident of Deer Park 32 years, died at her home Saturday after a long illness resulting from a stroke. Prior to her illness she was an active worker in the local Congregational church and the PEO chapter.
Funeral services arranged by the Lauer funeral home, will be held Wednesday at 2 p. m. at the Open Door church, the Rev. Paul W. Dowty officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
Mrs. Benson is survived by her husband, B. M. Benson at the home; a brother, Arthur Miller, Hartington, Neb., and a number of nieces and nephews.
