Mrs Margaret Ashe died at her home about five miles southwest of Yorkville on November 16 and was buried at Sharon on Sunday afternoon.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev J L Oates, pastor of the Yorkville Associate Reformed church of which the deceased was a member.
Mrs Ashe was a Miss Porter. She was born April 20, 1839 and was married to her late husband Andrew F Ashe, in 1860 She is survived by the following children: Mary, Lamar, Anderson, Nancy, Sallie and James.
