"Addie's middle name was Persis, spelled P-e-r-s-u-s, she was named after Harley's mother. Either Edward didn't know Addie's middle name or someone messed up the spelling when filling out the paperwork. After a loved one dies, your mind is in a fog and you forget things and can't think clearly."

(last surviving child of Addie and Edward)

(Note: In a transcription of Edward Allen Hazard's family bible his daughter's name is spelled Persis.)
