Nancy Catharine Davidson was the child of Robert and Nancy Davidson of Habersham County, GA (in the part that became Banks County). Her headstone says she was born in 1834, but the censuses from the 1st half of her life indicate she was born in or just after 1840.
Nancy Catharine married David Jasper Boling (Sr.) in 1857. She and David had three children: Cincinattus N, Robert, and David, Jr. (Robert disappears from available records after 1880, and his burial place is unknown.) Nancy Catharine was widowed in 1863 when David died at Fort Delaware, following capture at Baker's Creek in the siege of Vicksburg.
In 1877, Nancy Catharine married William Lord (not William Richie Lord). Dora Lord was their child.
In her later years, Nancy Catharine married Carter William Durham of South Carolina.
