John Arnold - deceased August 13, 1991. John was married to Elaine Hall. She passed away June 23, 1981. John then married Leslie Davidsen from Iowa City, Iowa on July 16, 1983. John and Leslie have four children, Grace 8, Lisa 7, Rich 5, and Alice 4. John was active in Democrat Politics, and was Rush Co. Democratic Chairman for several years in the late 1980's. Since John's death the "John Arnold Rural Perservation Award" was established to recognize Hoosire Farmers who preserve and continue to use their historic farms.
