Annetta Doris Rider, 70, of Gettysburg, died Tuesday, Sept. 21, in Hanover Hall Nursing Home.

Born Feb. 25, 1929 in Nokesville, Va., she was a daughter of the late Charles F. Miller, who died in 1981, and Daisie Della Diehl Miller, who died Tuesday Sept. 21. She was the wife of Percy D. Rider.

Mrs. Rider was a member of the Four Square Gospel Church, Gettysburg. She worked for 20 years at the Cambridge Rubber Factory, Littlestown, and retired from Littlestown Hardware and Foundry.

Surviving in addition to her husband are one sister, M. Marie Yingling of Gettysburg, and two brothers, Charles F. Miller Jr. of Gettysburg and Harold E. Miller of Orrtanna. She was predeceased by one sister, Mildred Jacoby, who died in 1995.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Monahan Funeral Home, 125 Carlisle St., Gettysburg, with the Rev. C. Marty Jenkins officiating. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg.

Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services.
