Isaac Barrett was the son of Jonathan Barrett and Margaret Gilpin. He married Lucy Fowler and had the following known children.

married Asenath McDaniel (both buried in Asbury-Wood Cem)


2.Newton M Barrett b.1820 married Betsy Marton


3.John P Barrett b.1823 married Rebecca Leeright

5.Issac Barrett Jr. b.1835 married Jane Brewster


6.Mary Ann "Polly" Barrett b.1825 married Robert Carlisle (both buried in Asbury-Wood Cem)


7.Martin Barrett b.1831 married Elizabeth Leeright

Isaac is my gr-gr-gr-gr-gr grandfather.



Cause of death- Pneumonia




Some of the BARRETT children are also buried in the Asbury-Wood Cemetery, but over time their markers have been lost.
