night when the car he was driving
crashed into the wall on 'the
southwest turn in a qualifying
The car Rozzano was driving
was owned by Bud Taylor.
Rozzano and his wife, Betty,
who was watching the race, were
to have left for Seattle after the
races were over last night.
Rozzano in 1946 was the 'big
car" champion of the Pacific
Northwest.
