Herbert D. "Don" Crownover, 82, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died February 1, 2009, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Born October 5, 1926 in Agra, Oklahoma, he was the son of Arvel Crownover ad Edna Britton Demings. He was an Army World War II Veteran. He was a truck driver. Mr. Crownover attended Crossroads Revival Center and Keyes Assembly of God Church.


Survivors include one son, Tim Crownover of Turlock, California; three daughters, Donna Harlan and husband Wayne of Neosho, Missouri, Barbara Sweet and husband Herb of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Diane Rayburn and husband Kenny of Gentry, Arkansas; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren; and one sister, Gene Bledsoe of Keys, California.


Pallbearers will be Wayne Harlan, Eric Harlan, Joshua Harlan, Larry Sanderson, Dannie Sanderson, and Wayne Duffel. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Harlan, Leon Davis, Byrl Stephens, and Kenny Huffman.


Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 6, 2009, at Crossroads Revival Center, Siloam Springs, Arkansas, with Pastor J.D. Beckett officiating. Burial will follow at Gentry Cemetery, Gentry, Arkansas. Visitation will be 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2009, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
