At 6 a.m. Sunday, August 4, 1918, at the family residence, near Andrew, eight miles north of the city, at the age of 21 years, 5 months and 2 days, of complications. Funeral will be held at the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Surviving are her father, Joseph Faith, one brother, Phillip, and two sisters, Nellie and Marie. IL State Journal, Aug. 5, 1918
