ROSEMARY BOLAND

Mrs. Boland, 76,of Ebensburg RD 4 died at 12:20 a.m. Thursday, August 13,1992 at the home of her daughter, Betty Farabaugh of Colver Road Ebensburg RD 1.
Mrs. Boland was formerly employed as a secretary at Laurel Crest Manor, Ebensburg for 25 years.
She was born July 22, 1916 in Allegheny Township, Cambria County, the daughter of Raymond and Matilda (Krise) McConnnel. She married J. Earl Boland on July 22, 1939 in Chest Springs.
Surviving are her husband,four children; Richard Boland of Dysart RD, Betty Ann Farabaugh of Ebensburg RD 1, Ronald Boland of Patton RD and Eileen Seliga of Ebensburg; and 20 grandchildren.
Also surviving are eight brothers and sisters; Bernard and Denver of Ashville RD, Roy of Irwin, Helen Sherry and Doll Sheehan of Bessemer, Laverne Ott of Ebensburg, Daniel of Monroeville, and Rae Bearer of Hastings.
Mrs. Boland was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg, where she taught the Confraternity of Christian Doctrine class. She was a member of Third Order Secular of St. Francis and Catholic Daughters of America.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Donald J Gibbons Funeral Home Ashville.

BOLAND--The funeral of Rosemary Boland of Ebensburg RD 4 will be held with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.Monday at Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg, by the Rev. Monsignor Arnold Gaus. Interment at church cemetery. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Sunday at DONALD J GIBBONS FUNERAL HOME, Ashville where a scriptural wake service will be held Sunday evening.
Preceded in death by daughters; Mary Matilda and Mary Regina Boland; son, Mark Boland; sister Ruth Ryan, and brothers; Patrick and Jack McConnell. Mr and Mrs. Boland celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary JUly 22, 1989. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to Mass offerings.
