Interment will be made in the family plot at the Cotton Plant, Fla., cemetery with Masonic rites at the grave.
Deceased was a member of Palatka Lodge No. 34, F&AM, and the local Order of the Eastern Star No. 33.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Lillian Bryan Barco; two daughters, Mrs. C. C. Murray, Palatka and Mrs. Francis Gaines, MacClenny; four grandchildren and four sisters, Mrs. Lula Woodward, Cotton Plant; Mrs. L. C. Bell, West Palm Beach; Mrs. W. E. Veal, Belle Glade and Miss Carrie Barco, St. Petersburg.
