Mrs. Sarrah Elizabeth Carroll Bates, age 92, of Lobelville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at Perry County Nursing Home. Mrs. Bates was born April 29, 1927, in Lobelville, TN, to Ollie Carroll and Mary "Elsie" Nix Carroll. She was married to the late Robert H. Bates.
She was known for loving her children and being a proud grandmother. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Lobelville, TN. There will be a Graveside Service held on Thursday, August 8, 2019, at the Leeper Cemetery in Lobelville, TN.

2 Sons: Donnie R. Bates, Lobelville, TN, and Robbie H. (Jimmie Ann) Bates, Lobelville, TN
1 Daughter: Deborah (Jim) Yeiser, Lobelville, TN
