Stacey was born Aug. 18, 1974, in Peoria, the daughter of Richard and Sandra Fruge Test Jr. She married Dominic Eads on June 30, 1999, in Peoria. He survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Brittinee, Mickenzy and Tatum; one sister, Lori Test of Bartonville; her parents, Richard Test Jr. of Peoria and Sandra Fruge of Peoria; and her paternal grandmother, Eva Rose Test of Banner. Also surviving are three nieces and four nephews.
Stacey was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and her paternal grandfather.
Stacey ran a licensed day-care service out of her home for the past eight years.
Throughout her life she strived to be the best person she could be. This endeavor made her a most wonderful mother, wife and church-going individual. Stacey's dedication to her family was second to none and her strong love for her daughters was greater than any other, and it will be that part of Stacey that will live on in her daughters. Stacey's warmth and love was one that touched anyone who came into contact with her.
She has left a void that will be hard to fill. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Stacey was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in Peoria.
Burial will be in Smithville Cemetery.
