Funeral services for Cecil Barton, 74, Wisner, were held Monday at Winnsboro First National Funeral Home with the Rev. George Ferrington officiating.
Internment followed at Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.
Mr. Barton died Sunday at Caldwell Memorial Hospital in Columbia.
Survivors include four daughters, Betty Jean Armstrong, Sicily Island, Pat Lachney, Wisner, Cecele Netherland, Rocky Branch, and Darlene Netherland, Winnsboro; five sons, Ira Barton, Baton Rouge, James Ricky Barton, Winnsboro, Roger Dale Barton, Rex Allen Barton and William Henry Barton, all of Wisner; three sisters, Hattie Billings, Trout; Lou Ellen Berry, Wisner; one brother, Kenneth Barton; 24 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Mike Barton, Cecil Barton, John Armstrong, Pete Lachney, Travis Barton, Randy Braswell and Ronnie Braswell.
