Son of Jesse Palmer and Ellen S Eves Palmer. We do not know his dates of birth or death. There isn't anything on his marker except for "Freddie". I am pretty sure that his name was Frederick because his oldest brother Charles named a son Frederick. We do know that he was one of their children because of the book "The History of Wapello County". This book states that they had 10 children and that 5 were still living in 1901. He is one of the ones who are not living at the time of the book. Thus he died on or before 1901. He is buried beside his parents and shares a common headstone with them. His parents are also found in the 1900 Census stating that Ellen was the mother of 10 children with only 5 still living.
