Survived by three daughters, Marion B. Griser, Daisy B. Moseley & Stella W. Brunson & many grandchildren.
It has been said Mary had several other children, all who died about the same time and were waked in their home at the same time. Daisy's delayed birth certificate states she was the eleventh child. No records for the other children have been located
Widow of William A. Brunson who died at the age of 55 at the Charleston City Hospital on July 1,1880 from sunstoke. He was buried in "the Country" (Moncks Corner area most possibly in Strawberry)
Her plot is located along the wall parallel to Huguenin Ave.
