R. C. Rogers was born January 10, 1849 in Washington, Missouri and died December 4, 1929 at his home near Bunker Hill at the age of 80 years, 10 months and 26 days. He had lived in his present home for the past 24 years. He was married to Cinderella A. Human, November 26, 1873. To this union was born nine children, two preceding him in death: Harry Rogers and Bertha Rogers. Surviving him are a widow, 7 children, 26 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The children are Mrs. V. H. Kelley, Lycan, Colo.; Mrs. R. W. Fulks, Paola, Kans.; Mrs. Ed Harris, Long Beach, Calif.; Mrs. E. H. Black, Tulsa, Okla.; Mrs. P. G. Filson, Maud, Okla.; Arthur R.
